Cavendish House
Developed as my final project submission as part of a 3ds Max course at the City of Bristol College. I decided to create an inspirational visualisation for what could potentially come next after the closure of a local department store - Cavendish House. The design incorporates all the ingredients for a mixed-use space, including apartments, offices and retail as well as a gym, including roof top swimming pool and a hotel with a restaurant terrace. The renders were also supplied to the owners of the building, and I have been advised that elements of my design will be considered at part of any future redevelopment plan.
Pronto - an Italian themed restaurant concept

Created as an interim, project submission as part of a 3ds Max course at the City of Bristol College. Inspired by an idea I have held for many years to create a shipping container sized desalination plant that can be easily transported to an area of need.
