Cavendish House

Developed as my final project submission as part of a 3ds Max course at the City of Bristol College. I decided to create an inspirational visualisation for what could potentially come next after the closure of a local department store - Cavendish House. The design incorporates all the ingredients for a mixed-use space, including apartments, offices and retail as well as a gym, including roof top swimming pool and a hotel with a restaurant terrace. The renders were also supplied to the owners of the building, and I have been advised that elements of my design will be considered at part of any future redevelopment plan.
