12 Festive Offers - a punchy retail campaign to clearly promote the best deals available with a restricted time period promoted to encourage take up. Bespoke code was used to automatically update the page daily to communicate the time left to take advantage of the offers.
As a result of negative customer feedback, a decision was made to look at ways to enhance the online advice provided regarding purchases and visits to centres. I managed the requirements and solution comparatives, eventually deciding to use a tool called Nanorep chosen via business partnership with Cart Assist. Working closely with their team, I supplied designs and requirements in line with their guidelines. The product provided our customers with an interactive questions and answers platform that reduced customer contact by 24% and increased our website CX score by 16%.
Spring Weekend - due to a result of a recent slow down in sales, an urgent requirement to identify a potential initiative that could be turned around quickly was sought. A weekend celebration campaign was to be created, therefore, I rapidly created visual assets for all online channels alongside offline marketing and POS. The result was a very successful trading weekend that was largely attributed to the success of the campaign.
Through a combination of both online and offline channels, a predominately information piece to educate on the different varieties of chillies and how to grow them. The customer response was very positive, with the campaign gaining excellent traction on social leading to a substantial increase in sales of chilli plants and seeds.
Working closely with the Royal British Legion, a retail campaign was devised to coincide with the 100-year anniversary of the first world war. The campaign focused on selling unique products and services for the benefit of the charity. All designs had to be cleared by the RBL brand team through a challenging iterative process due to the constraints and limitations of what we were able to do. All parties were exceptionally pleased with both the outcome of the designs and the general success of the campaign.
A reactive task to create web, social and email campaign visuals within a very short notice period due to a last-minute decision to embrace this contemporary retail fixture. The campaign was deemed to be successful with a 27% uptick year on year comparative.
